Instructions

Submission Instructions
Completed petitions may be returned to the Office of Enrollment by either of the following means:
- By Post. Mail the completed packet to the Office of Enrollment, Dominium Aeternum Ministry, at the postal address provided by the ministry's correspondence office.
- Online. Transcribe the contents into the online petition at /enrollment on the ministry's permanent web address.
Upon receipt, the Office of Enrollment will return formal acknowledgement and proceed with review under the sacred standards of the institution. Customary timeline for review and issuance of sealed credential is two to four weeks.
