It is an ecclesiastical, tribal, cultural, and stewardship institution — an unincorporated, self-supported ministry operating under universal contract law and ecclesiastical jurisdiction, with a private trust heritage. It functions as a private body of councils, offices, and members governing its own affairs in honor and equity.
Any person of good faith may petition for enrollment, regardless of background or denomination. Standing is granted upon review of conduct and intent by the Office of Enrollment, and confirmed by the Office of Records.
The Ministry is ecclesiastical in character — it conducts sacred rites, ministerial counsel, ordinations, and ecclesiastical correspondence — but it is non-denominational. It is best understood as an institution of conscience and continuity, not as a congregation of any single tradition.
A credential issued by the Ministry is a sealed record affirming your standing within the institution and the office or role you hold. It is entered into the Credential Registry of the Office of Records and may be confirmed at any time through the Credential Verification Portal.
Through constituted councils that deliberate and proclaim, and administrative offices that carry out the daily work. Authority is held in trust. A clear separation is kept between deliberative councils, administrative offices, and the records of the institution. The Council of Governance is the principal deliberative body; the Office of the Minister presides.
