Before You Begin
Who may apply
Membership is open to any living man or woman of good faith and lawful age, of any nationality, lineage, or background, who seeks to enroll under the ministry's ecclesiastical jurisdiction and universal contract law. Applicants come not as wards or corporate persons, but in their natural capacity as free, spiritually autonomous beings exercising their inherent rights of self-government, conscience, and free association. Enrollment is a private, voluntary act under the laws of the Creator and the maxims of equity, governed by the ministry's own tenets, creed, and principles. No applicant is required to surrender any inherent or unalienable right to be received.
What you'll need
Your full name, email, optional phone, and a brief written statement of intent. Lineage or house may be noted if known.
What happens next
The Office of Enrollment reviews your petition. Upon recommendation, the Office of Records issues a sealed credential and enters it in the Credential Registry.
Expected timeline
Initial acknowledgement within several business days; full review and issuance ordinarily completed within two to four weeks.
Our Foundation of Rights
This ministry stands upon a rights-based framework drawn from natural law, common law, ecclesiastical jurisdiction, universal contract law, and the inherent right of self-government. Every member retains, in full, their God-given and unalienable rights — including the right of conscience, the right of free association, the right to contract and to be free from unlawful contract, the right to travel, the right to self-determination, and the right to lawful remedy. Enrollment never diminishes these rights; it recognizes and records them under the ministry's own ecclesiastical standing.
Procedure
An applicant submits a written petition for enrollment to the Tribal & Cultural Affairs Division.
The Office of Records & Enrollment reviews the petition for completeness and conformity with the sacred standards.
The applicant meets with the appropriate council or officer for orientation, counsel, and affirmation of conduct.
Upon recommendation, the petition is approved by the constituted council and recorded in the official minutes.
Credentials are issued under seal by the Office of Records & Enrollment and entered into the Credential Registry.
